Central Taiwan consists of Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Yunlin. All of these places have many special things to see and do. Today, I am going to tell you about my three favorite places, Gaomei Wetland  , Cingjing Farm , and Lukang .I love Gaomei Wetland because there is sea all over around. I love Cingjing Farm because there are grasslands, sheep and cherry blossoms in spring. I also love Lukang because there are many traditional foods all on the side street.

In Gaomei Wetland, you can watch the sea, blow the wind, watch the sunset and watch fiddler crabs and mudskippers. You can walk in Gaomei Wetland and walk slowly along the wooden path by the sea. You can also ride a bicycle around the Gaomei Wetland. After visiting Gaomei Wetland, you can go to the nearby Mitsui outlet for dinner and shopping Also, this is a place where you can try to relax and can help you get rid of your worries.

In Cingjing Farm, you can feed the sheep, watch the wool show and watch the cherry blossoms in spring. You can feed the sheep here. You can see mountains and cherry blossoms. You can take pictures here too. It would be fun if there are B&B cabins or campsites nearby where you can go camping with friends or family. What’s even better is that at night, you will see many stars shining in the night sky

Finally, Lukang , you can pay your respects at Tianhou Temple, eat a lot of traditional food in the small streets and see many ancient houses. You can worship in the temple. You can also eat traditional shaved ice. You can also play with many traditional toys from your childhood there. Also, remember to bring sunglasses, a small electric fan and short T-shirt because the sun is very strong.

So the next time you’re thinking about visiting central Taiwan, remember to visit Gaomei Wetland, Cingjing Farm and Lukang. You will feel that Taiwanese people are very warm and friendly, and getting in touch with nature can relieve stress and worries.
