Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to exercise, swimming , badminton and yoga because these exercises are good for adjust posture,burn fat,increase heart function. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as eggs, vegetable and cereals. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat a lot of healthy food.
For example, I like to swimming, badminton and yoga. The reason I like to swimming is because it is the only exercise could exercise to the whole body,can make whole body more symmetry. I also like to badminton because it can make me grow taller. Finally, I often like to yoga because can adjust posture.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat eggs, vegetable and cereals at least three time a day. The reason I like to eat eggs is because can regulates cholesterol and fights viruses. I also eat vegetable because it contain a variety of minerals that can regulate various functions of the body. Additionally, I like to eat cereals because it contain fiber to help digestion.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much cakes, fried foods or hand shake because those food contains high sugar content and oil.
In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot vegetable, exercise by doing swimming and avoid eating too much foods with high sugar content.
